About HMCC
The “Humsafar Marriage Counselling Cell” is a concept of social reform introduced by young dynamic social scientist-cum-Islaamic scholar, Hazrat Maulana Muhtaram Fayyaaz Ahmad Zarroo Sahib (Daamat-Barakatuhum). The concept came in his mind after thorough research on late marriages & its consequent evils. Hazrat Maulana Muhtaram Fayyaaz Ahmad Zarroo Sahib (Daamat-Barakatuhum), started this program on June-2005.
The HMCC is a Socio-Islaamic reformatory organization, which presents comprehensive program to persuade the people to solemnize the marriages of their sons and daughters with austerity and in accordance with the injunctions of the Islaamic Shari’ah.
Researcher Hazrat Maulana Muhtaram Fayyaaz Ahmad Zarroo Sahib (Daamat-Barakatuhum) said, “Extravagant marriages are one of the main causes of fatal social evils like corruption, bribery, prostitution, adultery, drug-addiction, kidnapping, rapes, eve-teasing, pre-marital affairs, sex rackets, illegal marriages, abortions, suicides, hire-killings, murders, robbery, & AIDS, which consequently put adverse effects on the health of victims like impotency, infertility, mis-carriages, depression, delirium, psychosis, nervous breakdown, etc.” “To accumulate huge quantity of wealth just to burn in two or three days for the sake of pomp & show in extravagant marriages also brings financial strains in the society and is disturbing the socio-economical disorder like over-debts, bad debts, poverty, demand-supply imbalances, inflation, financial crunches, adulteration, etc.,” he added. He further said that extravagant marriages are core cause of late marriages and are violation to natural law, which creates extreme unhappiness in post-marital life like divorces, family breakdown, and disobedient children.
